Organizational Consulting

Culture and outcomes emerge from how we are together. Shape cultures that support the people doing the work.

Cheyenne supports organizations to notice the nature of their relationships and work with those observations to make more desirable outcomes possible by influencing dynamics, cultures, and systems over time. Her approach is based on experience influencing organizational culture and wellbeing — how groups of people are together is a reflection of the state of their minds and bodies and of the priorities and connections among them.

Drawing from methodologies such as Participatory Narrative Inquiry and creative application of Biomimicry 3.8’s “Life’s Principles,” she helps teams uncover the root causes of challenges, discover opportunities, and advise on system and process adjustments that help teams clarify priorities and work toward their goals. A few core competencies:

  • Coming into alignment: exploring values and priorities and the relationship between those values, how time is spent, what is scaled, and the outcomes experienced
  • Navigating tough situations: challenging conversations, “the elephant in the room,” vicious cycles, feeling stuck
  • Change management: navigating individual, team, and organizational change and building capacity for adaptation and resilience
  • Team development/team building: conversations and practices that shape relationships in the workplace – the foundation of organizational culture and wellbeing
