Cheyenne is founder and principal of Tend the Sparks Consulting. She is an organizational consultant, facilitator, trainer, and leadership development coach.

Her work is grounded in approaching relationships and culture as emergent from how people are together, rather than a product of what they say they represent and plan to do. She works with individuals, teams, and organizations to move toward more alignment between words and actions at any level, because it creates the conditions for more impactful work, more powerful transformation, and more connection. Identifying and beginning to address misalignment is a foundation for effective partnership and being well while doing it.
Fifteen years in environmental conservation, seven of which were spent in management and leadership positions, taught her to navigate complexity under pressure, seek creative opportunities to do so with more ease, and support others to do the same. Cheyenne’s background and commitment to practicing biomimicry enables her to use her knowledge of cycles, interconnectedness, and resilience in nature to help people build and strengthen relationships, gain new skills, design processes that support their values and priorities, and influence systems impacting their work.
