Facilitation

Meaningful conversations and connections in the workplace (and beyond) are the foundations for strong collaboration. Steward purposeful time together.

Cheyenne’s definition of “meaningful” in the context of group work is, “alive with things that people care about.” In her experience, this usually unites and inspires people when someone creates opportunities for these conversations and tends those sparks of life with care and skill.

Cheyenne designs and facilitates group experiences, retreats, and meetings with this in mind. This can include working with leaders to set priorities and develop skills that help enable more meaningful conversations in the future.

Methodologies that inform her design and facilitation:

  • Polarity mapping
  • Participative Narrative Inquiry
  • Open Space Technology
  • World Cafe
  • Chaordic Design
  • Circle (it’s foundational for a reason)
  • Biomimicry 3.8’s “Life’s Principles”
  • Artistic scribing

Elements to expect:
