Who This Work Is For
Cheyenne works with nonprofits and other service-based organizations, multi-stakeholder groups, and small businesses. She coaches people from all sectors. For work with large corporations, universities, and government agencies, she frequently partners with subcontractors who have decades of experience in those settings (it’s usually more than a one-woman job).

For teams and organizations who want to get unstuck, work more smoothly and strategically, and experience more desired outcomes.

For groups that need a well-designed and stewarded strategic process, retreat, meeting, or conversation.

For individuals who want a thought partner to help them uncover more awareness and purpose and develop their capacity to navigate challenge.
What to Expect
A general outline of the engagement process:
- A free, 45-minute to one hour intake call to assess fit
- Contracting/Agreements: expectations for partnership, desired outcomes, metrics of success, legal and HR processes
- Needs assessment: a deep dive into what likely came up during intake on the “who, what, when, where, and how” of proposed work together, including group dynamics, internal and external constraints and conditions, expectations, refining desired outcomes and metrics of success, etc.
- For a workshop or coaching, this may be one or two calls. For longer engagements, it will be a more extended process.
- Body of work: substance of strategic and developmental support, check ins on agreed metrics, processes, and outcomes, adjustments as needed
- Workshop(s), coaching sessions, interconnected strategy meetings and processes, etc.
- Closing out: a few debrief calls, next steps (independently or extending contract), deliverables, if applicable
